AVAILABILITY:

Occasionally, and due to causes that are difficult to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, Corsetería Singuerlin may not be able to supply the customer with some of the purchased garments. In this case, we will contact the customer before making the shipment.

DELIVERY TIMES:

Deliveries are usually within 24/72 business hours , as long as we have immediate availability of the product. If a product is not in stock at that time and comes directly from the factory, the delivery time is 5 to 7 business days . If you want to know the delivery time of a product, you can check it either by WhatsApp at 934536467 or by email info@corseteriasinguerlin.com .

CHANGES:

All our products can be exchanged (except for panties, for hygiene reasons). If you wish to make an exchange, whether for size or model preference, the first exchange is completely free and Corsetería Singuerlin will cover the shipping costs. From the second exchange onwards, the cost will be €10 per shipment, to be paid by the customer.

Attention!

During promotional periods such as Sales, Black Friday, Cyber ​​Week, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas, anniversaries or other special discount dates, all exchanges will have a cost of €6 to be paid by the customer, from the first exchange.

To make an exchange, you must contact us by email at info@corseteriasinguerlin.com or by WhatsApp at 934536467. Once we receive the item to be exchanged and verify that it meets the requested conditions, we will immediately send the new item.

Conditions:

The item must be in its original box, with labeling intact and unused.
Changes must be requested within 30 days of receiving the order.

RETURNS:

Corsetería Singuerlin accepts returns within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in perfect condition, just as you received it. Returns of all products (except panties) are accepted for hygiene reasons. In any case, the customer must pay a shipping fee for the return of € 6 (except if the product is defective). In this case, Corsetería Singuerlin will cover the shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original box, with the original labelling and without having been worn. Once we receive the product and make the necessary checks, we will refund the money, in the same way that the customer made the payment. 1. Place the measuring tape directly under your chest. Make sure it runs horizontally across your bust and is at the same height under your chest and on your back. Let your arms hang down next to your body and breathe normally.
