Shipping and returns policy
On occasions, and due to causes that are difficult to control, such as human errors or incidents in computer systems, it is possible that Corsetería Singuerlin cannot serve the client any of the garments purchased. In this case we will contact the customer before shipping.
Deliveries are normally between 24/72 business hours , as long as we have immediate availability of the product. If in any product at that time we do not have stock in the warehouse and it comes direct from the factory. The delivery time is 5 to 7 business days . All our products can be changed (except panties) for hygiene reasons. If you want to change a product for another, either because it is not your right size or because you prefer another model, the first change is totally free and the shipping costs for the change are paid by Singuerlin Corsetería. After the second change, the customer has a cost of €7.40 per shipment. To correctly make your change you must contact us either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by WhatsApp at 934536467. The change occurs when the carrier takes the package, will deliver your correct order and you must deliver the package you want change carrier. Important to be able to change any item, it must be in its original box, original labeling, not have been released and within a maximum period of 30 days from receipt of the order.
Singuerlin Corsetry accepts returns within 14 days after receipt of the order. As long as with a justified cause, either due to a factory defect, for some compelling reason.
